Still paying for cancelled "Sicherheit Service"

Hi,
I've canceled the "Sicherheit service " of my ADSL account since two months,
I would like to know why did you charge me for it again?
And I have another question please, the last month I've asked a gentleman of your company about the router and he confirmed to me that I would not be charged again,
And i see in the details of my invoice that I'm been charged for both (the router as rent and the security sevice).

  1. Which means of cancellation did you use?
  2. Did you receive any confirmation of cancellation?

 

As for the second questions, some more details (e.g. which router you are talking about in the first instance) would be helpful.

Thanks for your replay,
I've canceled it using Vodafone website in "meine Vodafone", so when I open my services, I've requested to cancel it in the first month that i got my account activated because I don't need it.

And about the router, it's:
FRITZ!Box 7430
PS: my Kundennummer is: ***
