Hi, this is my customer number xxxx. I am charged twice for the wifi installation service twice in my bank account and I want my money back. On the first time the technician man left without saying a word to me. And on the second appointment day I waited for the whole day at home and no one came. Please help me to refund the fee, many thanks.
