Hi,
I am using Easybox 804 modem and when i connected to this modem it shows "Internet access is restricted". As per other post i tried to reset the factory settings. It is asking for MIC and provided the MIC as per welcome letter. But it is showing error that MIC code verification is failed. Please help me to fix this issue.

Hi PierreFR,
we will send the modem installation code by email. Together with the date on which the connection is or was activated. Do you still have this email?
You can also re-order the code yourself via MeinVodafone. When you have added the DSL contract. Just click on "Installationscode anfordern". Unfortunately, the customer center only works in German.
You can also send me a private message with your phone number or customer number and your customer password. I will send you the new code by SMS. Click on my name, then click "Diesem Benutzer eine Nachricht schicken".
