Moving out of Germany

Hello,

Because of my move abroad, I would like to cancel my contract. I tried messaging moderator twice via private message, but so far I got no response. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Gosian123,

you've come to the right place. In this case we can terminate the contract with a period of 3 months starting from the day of the move. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth, old and new address in a private message.
