Dear Colleagues,

I ordered my move in July 2020 and got a date of starting connection on 20th August 2020. However telekom colleagues reported to your technical team that only low speed is possible at my house. Hence they sent me an ARC letter (***).

I had filled the letter, signed and sent it by post to your office and havent received any response till now.

 

Could you please help me in this regard.

 

Due to amazing corona me and my wife have to work from home and the existing Gigacube run out of data and seems very expensive for us in that mean time. It also disconnects a lot.This is causing us lot of inconvinience.

 

Please help and let us know if more information needed be.
