Hello everybody. At the beginning I would like to apologies, but I do not speak German. I moved to Hamburg over a month ago and signed contract with Vodafone for internet in my apartment. It has been almost a month and they still have not connected my to the line. Last Friday technican visited my place and informed me that all the lines that enter building coming to main switchboard of another company (Willytel). I contacted my landlord, Vodafone, Willytel (informing that Vodafone does not have keys to the box) asking for help but still nothing. I am wondering what can I do more? It is pretty funny that they need me to solve let say "switchboard" issue. I am not the expert, they are.
