Can someone tell me how to get the online registration code? I never recieved a letter with the code so I cannot register the account online. I would like to register the account so I can request my dsl line be tested as my internet drops several times a day. The DSL light stays on but the internet discconencts and I have to unplug the modem and plug it back in before it comes back on.
