Hello! I really need to contact a customer representative in English. I recently processed my relocation within Munich and can not contact the technician to set up an appointment. So, when I look at my paperwork, it appears as though all my contracts (mobile and internet) are being canceled on Wednesday. I work remotely from home and can not be without the internet. Pretty please help!
