Gigacube & Red Internet_Phone 16 DSL

I contacted Vodafone Customer Service in June 2018 and asked about wired internet option like DSL. They said they could not do it, only Telecom, but  I could get Vodafone GigaCube. After getting GigaCube I found the information incorrect. I ordered Vodafone DSL internet online. NOW, I dont need both Gigacube & DSL 16. I want to cancel Gigacube since Vodafone activated my DSL. Vodafone Customer Service gave me incorrect information.  I would not have ordered the GigaCube in June 2018.

How can I cancel Gigacube now that I have Vodafone 16 DSL?

Simply spoken: You can't cancel the GigaCube prematurely as it's a contract with 24 months minimum contractual term. First possible end is after those 24 months - and your cancellation has to be received 3 months in advance.

One small thing: If you got the GigaCube with the Flex tariff, then it will not be billed if you don't use it. Simply unplug and stow it... But that is only valid in the Flex tariff - not in the normal tariff or the Max one...
