ENGLISH: New DSL Connection modem not received after 3 weeks of order confirmation

Dear Sir / Madam,

I ordered a DSL connection for my new home for which the modem is to be delivered to my current home.

I received the order confirmation on 25th May 2018 but have not yet received the modem and instructions for set-up.

As I am leaving my current home in less than 2 weeks can I please make sure I receive the modem before I leave. An appointment with the technician is already set up at my new home for 3rd July.

The modem will be sent 10 days before the activation date.

So I expect it to be delivered during this week.
