Dear Vodafone team,
I moved from Germany 6month ago. I went to a Vodafone shop in Trier to try to terminate my contract, and hand over the hardware but they told me that they couldn't do it in the shop and that I should send the package and a cancellation letter to the Vodafone headquarter address. That was exactly what I did, sending everything to Vodafone, hardware, cancellation letter, my registration in the new country, and a document proving that I was leaving Germany.
The package was received by Vodafone and to my surprise, my contract is still active and Vodafone is still charging me for a service that I don't use anymore. Can someone help me get the contract properly canceled?
