DSL connection not installed

Hi, 

I requested for a Vodafone DSL connection about 21 days back, and the representative at the Vodafone franchise gave me appointment for DSL connection for 18th December, yesterday. But as yet no one has contacted me and no technician has come to install my connection. Can somewhere here respond to my problem? Who's responsible and what are ths steps for me? Should I just keep on waiting endlessly? Or should I be expecting a call from a technicain? Also after the connection is installed, from where will I get the router from? Will it be delivered to me? Or is there a way that I can get from a Vodafone franchise to speed things up? 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey farahnisar,

normally the router will be shipped roughly a week before your technician appointment.

In most cases the technician from the telecom should contact you ~30minutes before he arrives.
Did he leave any information in your letterbox?
