DSL connection issue

I have Applied for DSL connection with Vodafone using check24 on February 15, 2019, but unfortunately, I could not collect my starter package from DHL. It can be tracked here https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden.html?piececode=459824447631 . Can you please let me know how should I proceed to get the package.

if you couldn't pick it up, it'll be sent back to us. Only then can we arrange a new shipment.
