DSL Internet not possible. Help

First of all i am sorry for writting in English, because my German is not that good yet.


The problem i have is that for 3 months i can't get DSL internet in my new address. I had tried with 100 Mbit/s and after 1 month of waiting i recieved a letter from Vodafone that my order/contract is cancelled due to "Technical reasons".  After that i tried with 50 Mbit/s, but now i recieved the same letter from Vodafone. My friend called Vodafone and they said that the "main switch" is too far from you to be able to get 100 or 50 Mbit/s. 

The building i am living in has around 6 apartment and i asked my neighbor close to my door and he said he has "1&1 with 50 Mbit/s". 

Also others in the building have either "1&1 or o2"... i really don't understand why i can't have internet in my place. I tried only Vodafone till now, but even they (Vodafone) said that i will get the same answer "Technical Reasons" from other Internet Providers (o2, 1&1 ... )

How is it possible my neighbors can get DSL Internet and  i cannot ? 😞

Hello @KunMessi-1,

I think that no DSL 100 or DSL 50 port is free anymore.

Maybe a moderator can give you more specific reasons.

Hmm it says "VDSL 50000" in my contract, so 50 Mbit/s must be possible in my address as i checked on Vodafone and even when making the contract the person in the shop was showing me that 100 Mbit/s and 50 Mbit/s is possible.

Vodafone even called me to ask about the details of my new contract if everything is correct and i even had the date 27.07.2018 for a technik to arrive and set my internet. 

But now it's cancelled 

I would be happy to know why is it like that. 😞

Hi KunMessi-1,

the check on our website always uses theoretical data. There is always a final technical check from the Telekom after we have ordered the line.

As you know already VDSL is not possible at your address.
