Dear Sir/Madam,
I left Germany in August 2018, I have sent contract cancellation information and DSL router to Vodafone by post just before leaving the country.
I guess aparently it was not accepted!
Now I have checked my email (which I was not using for long time) and got emails from vodafone that they were searching for me and my contract is cancelled on April 2019 and you will send to me the fine to pay for entire period!!! From September 2018 to April 22.
How can I solve this problem?! this is simply not fair, not to accept mail with cancellation letter and charge the customer. I can send my cancellation letter again and also document that I left country in August 2018 - just tell me where to send it.
