Contract Termination

I'm having trouble reaching to the proper channel to get this problem solved, so I'm posting this question here.

 

I have requested a termination of my contract. The reason is: I moved to a new place (in Germany). This new place has only one service provider for Fiber and according to the Hausmeister they are the only company allowed to operate here. I checked with Vodafone service coverage and apparently it is possible to have Vodafone here, but I would have to downgrade my service package, which is something that I really don't want to do, since me and my wife both need to work from home during these times. 

 

After getting my request for termination accepted, it shows in the "My Vodafone" page that the contract will only end in April 2022. This is really not something I was expecting, since I moved somewhere else and Vodafone cannot offer the service I need.

 

I tried calling the Online Service Shop, but they couldn't do anything about my contract there. I sent a question to customer support last week but didn't get and response, and today I tried the chat bot in WhatsApp, which for the last 6 hours I haven't received any callbacks or message from any agent. 

 

Sorry if this is not the right channel to raise this, but I'm getting a little frustrated and frankly desperate since I'm not able to cancel this and I cannot afford a service I'm not able to use.
