Contract Termination

Hi, 

I have DSL contract, since I am leaving Germany, I have terminated my contract and I have received an email confirmation of termination for 31.07.2018, could you please tell me how much do I have to pay for this month and when can I expect the final bill? please tell me asap as I won't be available in Germany after 31st of July.

Hi Shruthi,

welcome to the Vodafone Community!

You can see the total amount on your invoice. If you pay by via SEPA direct debit, the amount will be withdrawn from your bank account.

If your bank account will be closed at the day you are leaving Germany, please transfer the amount to the account mentioned on your invoice.
