Hello, I am trying to get help to change my address. Don’t speak much German so the hotlines don’t help. I also suspect I will need to change my service from DSL to cable.

If you want to change the address of your connection and you want to change from DSL to cable you can use this order form HERE 

Please type in your DSL customer number during the order process. Your DSL connection will be cancelled as soon as the cable connection is active.
