SIM card not delivered

Hello, I have ordered a SIM card and on 29th March I received an email saying it was delivered on that day (with 2 working days for the delivery), but I have not received the SIM yet.

 

May I ask for some help?

do you have the associated phone number? Please send them to me via PM (PM - this is how it works: click on my name on the left and then on "Send this user a private message" on the right). You can also send me your specified email address and your customer data. I like to watch this.
