Rufnummermitnahme

Hi all!

Sorry for asking in English, but I don't know German yet. I'm using prepaid CallYa tarif (didn't sign any contract). And the question is, how can I switch to another provider with this number online (Rufnummermitnahme)? 

The procedure is described here: https://www.vodafone.de/hilfe/prepaid/aus-callya-wechseln.html#kann-ich-meine-rufnummer-beim-wechsel.... However, I couldn't find there any data (mail / fax). And I'd prefer online option. Does it exist?

On the site is the Verzichtserklärung pdf. You have to fill out and send by fax. The number is in the pdf. There is no online optionto do this. The CallYa balance must be min. 29,95 EUR.

Hi @Mykola,

Please fill in Formuler first (https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/233.pdf) and send it to Vodafone. So we release your phone number to take with you. Online this is not possible. Then you order the port at the new provider. This should then go online.

thank you Kerstin for response! I'll do this way.

However, now I have another issue: I've put 30Euros on the account in order to pay for this 'Rufnummermitnahme', but subsctiption has been automatically extended ... Can I cancel this *** subscription, which I didn't want ot extend and use this money for 'Rufnummermitnahme', as it was originally planned? Few days ago I called to the Vodafone regarding this question, but I don't know my customer password yet and they couldn't help me...
