I am a new CallYa user, since beginning of this month and today I noticed that I don’t have 4G. I think I never had since the activation. I double checked with other Vodafone mobiles at the same time where they had 4G, I had 3G. I also checked the settings of my mobile but everything looks ok. I have an iPhone 7. I read in older posts that it could be that they might have forgotten to activate 4G? I haven’t called support because my German is not so good and writing to the community I find it a lot easier and fast. Thanks in advance!
