Guten Tag,
I've been using the CallYa for the past 4+ years and Vodafone customer agent entered my contact details incorrectly in the database. Basically he entered my first name as last name and last name as my first name. I contacted the customer service and they asked me to send a form with the correct details, which I did and I received a text message from Vodafone one day saying that the changes were made. Unfortunately it is still the same. When I contacted the customer service, they adviced me to do the same. I am wondering how many times I should do this crap to get my name setup correctly in your database. Can someone help me out here?

Have you provided any kind of copy of your ID card stating which is the first name and which is the last name?
Not that you've entered it incorrectly in the form...

Yes, I did. A copy of my passport was supplied.
