Have not received SIM card

Hello,

on Feb 12th 2021 I ordered a Vodafone CallYa SIM online.

On Feb 15th I received a message that I would get my SIM card in two days at the latest.

I still haven't received my SIM card till today though. 

I tried to contact customer support, but it is not easy to navigate or call on my roaming phone line.

Help checking the status of the order will be much appreciated.

Have you already received a mobile number or an order number? Then please send it to me by PM so that we can check it.
