Hello,
I ordered a new Vodafone Callya Sim about a weeka and a half ago, as my first one never arrived and i received a message saying it was returned to Vodafone. The second one still has not arrived and I am not sure what is happening. I have no way of contacting the help line.
PLeas help me, its now been 3 weeks without a phone.

Yes, I have. I have also been charged for the registration of the new sim. But it has not arrived.

please send me your email address, which you specified when ordering, via PM (click on my name on the left and then on "Send this user a private message" on the right).
Should the SIM card be sent to a different delivery address? If so, is your name at the address on the mailbox?
Did you already receive a Vodafone number when placing your 2nd order?
