Hello,
I face the same problem as many users before me. I bought the CallYa card in Rewe about six months ago. In order to use MeinVodafone, I need the customer's password. However, I didn't remember I have such a password. Could you please help me? Thank you very much.

Either a moderator hook up in your thread (could be a while because they won't here 24/7) or you fill in the form (InfoDok 265). https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/265.pdf
Send this form via contact form http://www.vod.af/Kontakt to Vodafone. The change takes 2-3 days and you will get a SMS about it.
Addendum: I forgot that only within 90 days a moderator can send you your customer password via email. After that it's only possible to change the customer password with the InfoDok 265.
