CallYa free ticket: Customer password unknown

Hello,

face the same problem as many users before me. I bought the CallYa card in Rewe about six months ago. In order to use MeinVodafone, I need the customer's password. However, I didn't remember I have such a password. Could you please help me? Thank you very much.

Hi @chupeng,

 

Either a moderator hook up in your thread (could be a while because they won't here 24/7) or you fill in the form (InfoDok 265). https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/265.pdf

 

Send this form via contact form http://www.vod.af/Kontakt to Vodafone. The change takes 2-3 days and you will get a SMS about it. 

 

Addendum: I forgot that only within 90 days a moderator can send you your customer password via email. After that it's only possible to change the customer password with the InfoDok 265.

if the registration of your phone number was not more than 90 days ago, i can send you the password by mail. i need the e-mail address for this.
