CallYa Sim card still not working after Postident successful identity verification

Hello,

Apologies for the English. I am new to Germany.

I bought a CallYA sim card to put in my phone as I just moved here. I filled out the form online and completed the online identification successfully through Postident. It has been 48 hours and my phone has not been activated (no text message). My girlfriends phone was activated within minutes of her completing the Postident.

I tried calling in to help but they just told me to register. Has anyone else had this problem?
