CallYa Freikarte is activated, but doesn't work...

Hello,

I'm writing you because more than a week ago I bought a prepaid CallYa-Freikarte but I still can't make it work. The prepaid came already activated. The problem is that after I have put it in my phone, nothing happened, even after I loaded with 15€ is still inactive...
I tried to call customer service (01722290229 / 22922 / 22044) and the message I get everywhere is "Your call can not be completed. Please call you customer service".
Also, I can not downloaded the meinvodafone app, because I have an old Blackberry Q5 and it is not compatible.
Please help me with this issue.
