CallYa Credit hasn't been loaded (English)

I purchased € 25 of callYa credit through PayPal about 3 days ago. The credit has not been loaded onto my account. 

How do I proceed from here? Any help would be appreciated!

please call the english customer service. Dial the number 00491722290229 and press the button 5 in the language menu. Available from 9am to 7pm.
