I live in Berlin Spandau. Three weeks before, a VF technician (He showed me the ID card with VF logo on it) visited home without a prior appointment. He told all the other tenants in my building has signed for an Optical Fibre cable for a better bandwidth and he asked me to sign on his tablet. He showed me something (seems like a document from VF, as the logo on it) in the tablet about the other tenants. He also wanted to see which Router I was using, so he came inside home, forcebly. Since my german is not good, I told I cannot sign and I want to read everything before I sign. I asked him to send everthing by post or email and make a new appointment. I neither received any post/email asking for such a change in my building until now nor scheduled an appointment. Now I feel it was fraudulent!
If VF aware of this, Why do VF Technician do visiting without appointment? In all other cases, VF always insists to make appointment with Technician even if it is extremely urgent situation.
If VF aware of this, why am I not getting the papars now?
Please request a PM for the exact address.

Hallo vpnBerl,
according to your description, it was not one of our technicians but a self-employed sales partner. I apologize for his behaviour.
Since I still have your customer data, I could have a look at it. There was no change to your contract.
Best regards
Tina

@Tina Thanks for the reply.
Of course, there should not be a change in my contract without my signature. My question was, do VF has any plan for changing cables to OF, and for that, you need my signature?

Hello vpnBerl,
what do you mean with OF?
Best regards

Hello vpnBerl,
there is no plan for this. If the self-employed sales partner has told you this, it is wrong.
Best regards
