Good evening,
I have a problem in hotspot log-in.
I already used wlan-flat rate, but I cannot log in hotspot.
I logged in and used it on my i-pad and i wanted to use wlan on my laptop.
So I tried to log in by using my portal ID, but I cannot log in.
And I also tried to add additional hotspot log in ID.
I tried to log in by using the additional id, but it is also not possible.
the weird thing is what I can use the wlan hotspot wifi on my i-pad.
I want to figure this problem out as soon as possible.

Hi SeongseopKim,
is only one specific hotspot affected? You can only login with 1 device at a time.

I tested at another hotspot, but it was not working as well.
I checked my contract. It looks no problems.
I don't know why I can not use my portal id or hotspot log-in id.
And I think WLAN flat rate support multi-device log-in, right?
So I can use 2 or 3 devices at a time. That is why I made contract WLAN flat rate.
