Hello Vodafone community,
I have been using the Vodafone cable connection since April 2022.
In the month of Feb 2023, a vodafone agent came to my home address regarding the Giga TV calbe connection. Our German laguage is not good and I was not at home. He was not speaking English and forced us to take the connection saying it is mandatory and free without giving proper details. Now I end paying more than 30 Euros every month for the services which we are not using.
I have tried calling the customer service and no one is ready to speak in English. It got conencted couple of times and they kept me on hold or the receiver aside for so much leaving me no option to disconnect the call.
Please help me on how to terminate the contract.
Your help is highly appreciated.
