Hello,
For the last week I have not been able to watch TV as it keeps breaking up or no signal at all. I have tried a channel search and restarted the box, but unfortunately this has not worked.
My German is currently very poor, so I am not able to call to report my fault. Has anyone managed to resolve an issue similar to mine? Does anyone have the same issue near me (Location Blankenburg, Berlin).

Hello Tina,
I tried contacting through facebook messenger and no one will help. A couple of replies sending me to a link seeing if there is a fault in the area. It shows no fault as I am unable to report it and no one from Vodafone is willing to help.
I now have to sign up to WOW so I can watch TV. Basically paying for something I already pay for. Will Vodafone pay this back? They should, but I doubt it very much.
This is terrible service.
