No internet connection - flashes red

Hello,
I received my router a few weeks ago and set it up following the instructions. I could not connect to the internet and the internet button on the router flashes red. After quite sometime trying to get through to someone, they told me my internet is set to activate on June 1st. It never did. I kept trying to call however I don’t speak Germany so I cannot under the menu options. I tried the WhatsApp chat and after one response, they stopped responding to me. I finally contacted my local Vodafone and they said I need a technician to come out and gave me a number to call. Because the menu options are in German, and I couldn’t answer, the call dropped.
I work from home and I desperately need internet. Please assist me with this and if I need a technician appointment can I have it expedited?
