No Internet for Days

Hello, I live in Bavaria region and I have not had internet for 3 days. I cannot get through to anyone to help. First through network assitance it said it will be repaired the next day but it was not and now there is no estimated timeline for repair. Please help as I work from home and is disturbing my work.

I'm sorry to hear that your dsl landline is still not working.

If the outage was shown in our network assistance, then the technical department is working on it.
An estmiated date is alwas just an edjucated guess, which may be delayed depending on the progress of the work.

Feel free to send me a private message with your dsl customernumber & mobilenumber.

Therefore click on my name/avatar -> then the big red button on the right side "sende diesem Nutzer eine private Nachricht".

I'll have a look if i have any additional information for you.
