Hi,

 

My internet connection is frequently down, when running the diagnosis in the EasyBox 805, this is the message I get:

Very annoying behaviour, happens sometimes twice per day.

Hey lucoceano,

frequent disconnects are most likely a result of a defective landline , or router.
You can try to reset the easybox 805 to factorydefaults & reconfigure it with the modeminstallationcode.

If this is not working, my colleagues from the technical department need to have a closer look.

In this case please call the customer support under 0800 172 1212,  so that they can check your landline.
