Problem for new contract

Hallo,
I am Italian and I live in Leipzig. Since I am moving next week, I asked for a 1000 Mbit/s connection on the internet and I received a call from an operator last Friday.
Unfortunately, I cannot speak good German and the operator was very rude and annoyed with me. When I asked if I could talk with someone in English, he answered me that I am in Germany, so I must speak german. Then he closed the call.
My question is: are you still interested in subscribing to a contract with me? Or should I go to O2 or Telekom?

I am very sorry because I chose Vodafone since it is the best service, and now I am forced to change my plan.

Do you already have a contract with us? Then you should report your move to the new address, e.g. via this form.

 

If you just order a new contract for the new address you'll have two contracts then.
