Hello,
I have a Giga Kombi contract including cable internet with Vodafone and normally, there is a fee of 2.99€/month that I am paying for activation of the wireless option of the router. I wanted to cancel this via form in "MeinVodafone" on 10.12.2020, however, there is no action since then and I am still paying for this option.
My German is not good and I cannot have this solved on the phone.
Can anyone help me with this detail?

Hi cable_not_cabel,
thanks for the attachment. With that proof, I edited the cancellation for the WiFi-option to 7. January 2021.
And I deleted the attachment because of your private mail address.

Hello,
I added the email that I sent before (it was dated back to 09.12.2020 instead of 11.12.2020) and the screenshot of my invoice for January 2021 that shows I am still paying for this service.

something didn't work out. Unfortunately, no cancellation of the WLAN option has been received via our contact form. That's why you didn't get a confirmation. I've set it for you now and you'll get another confirmation on it.

I am a bit confused how my request didn't arrive back then although I received a confirmation email from Vodafone customer service. Anyways, is it possible to receive a refund/or discount for the upcoming invoices in regarding to my request in 09.12.2020?

Hello Thomas,
I signed in to kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel with my login account and then followed these steps:
Frage Julia>I typed WLAN-OPT Kündigung>as an answer, there was an option for "email", I clicked that>a form openned and I write "I want to cancel wlan-opt"> I send the form>I received a confirmation email from Vodafone Customer Service stating my form has gone successfully (I attached it in this message as well).
I believe I didn't do anything wrong but it is a bit annoying for me to pay extra two months for this service although I wanted to cancel it as it was indicated on vodafone's systems.
