Hello,

I purchased my Vodafone Cable Internet Contract Red Internet 100 2 months back from Saturn where they had the offer of first 6 months free and then from 7th month 34.99 Euros per month. But my account had money deducted both in October as well as November by Vodafone which is a clear violation of the contract. I need my money back and the assurance that the contract will be honored going forward.

I tried calling customer service but none of them speak or understand English which makes it extremely difficult for them to work with. I have had several hours waiting on the support staff to get on call in last several days.

Please help me address this.

Try using the social media channels, you might be lucky to catch someone who can help you in English - however the contractual language is German.

 

Do you have it in written form that you would get free months?
