Activation Code

Hello,

I have ordered Vodafone cable interenet and I received an email on 18th of June, saying the activation code will be sent to me to either the email or post, but I have not heard anything futher. May I know when I will get the activation code and the hardware equipment (modem)?

you'll have to be patient a little longer. It takes a few days to send the hardware and the order confirmation, and there was also a weekend in between. As a rule, the order confirmation is enclosed in the package of the device. Wann genau die Zusendung erfolgt, können wir leider auch nciht abschätzen. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate when exactly the shipment will take place.
