Good day
A router provided to me by Vodafone: Sagemcom FAST 5460, rebooted twice this week. It also rebooted sometimes in the past; but I usually paid it no mind. However what was special this time is that I was doing sensitive work at the time when it rebooted; so I lost hours of progress because of the reboot.
That is why those reboots are rather annoying.
Can someone please suggest some advice on what can I do to prevent my router from rebooting? Thanks
Router model is Sagemcom FAST5460; it is about 3 years old; and it suffered from sudden reboots even in the frist year...

Hello hinst,
There is a return path disrupter. This is an external signal that interferes with our signal. I have created an order for you to be informed about this. Please wait for the completion.
Regards and a Merry Christmas

Thank you for the quick response.
My Sagemcom router rebooted on its own a couple more times recently during the daytime.
I am not sure I fully understood the sentence about the disruptor. However I did understand that I should wait... If any action is required on my side then please let me know.

Hello hinst,
if the task with the return path disrupter (***756/21) is closed and you still have problems please reply here again and send some time stamps when the router rebooted by itself.
Kind regards,
Claudia

Here is a list of the recent unexpected reboots:
Those reboots happened during the time when I was using my PC

Hello hinst,
and a Happy New Year to you :). There is still a low permanent error rate, but if that would be the cause for the reboots the other devices in your building should have problems as well. I checked some of them and none did restart when yours did. So I suspect that rather the router might itself might be the problem and suggest to replace it.
Kind regards,
Claudia
