I moved to a new apartment and at the same time contracted a new Vodafone plan.
DHL shipped the router, but I did not receive a notification of the arrival date. Unfortunately, they sent the router before the inscription on the doorbell was changed to my name. So the delivery failed and according to DHL parcel tracking the router is returning to Vodafone.
Unfortunately, I don't speak German, and all phone contacts force me to communicate ONLY in German with a machine.
How should I solve the problem?
