Hi,

I've CH7466CE router for more than 3 years and I started to have connectivity interruptions both with 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz WiFi configuration. I'm working from home and video calls are always a problem for me. I would like to change my router to Vodafone Station which support WiFi 6 technology. It would be a better option considering all the devices connected to the router and I would have reliable connectivity for work as well.

When I renewed my contract at the end of last year, I received email that Vodafone Station is costless but it was not delivered to me. How can I request change of the router?

Thanks

Hi selcukd,

then I can gladly arrange an exchange here. According to the current status, it will not be a Wifi 6 station, but an identical device or a successor model.

Best regards, Martin

Hi Martin,

I will have same problems with the new device as well. As long as the technology it will use is the same, my issue will not be resolved.

I've tried setting up a router to see if it would help, but it did not help.

Thanks,

Selcuk

Hi Selcuk,

regarding your description, an exchange of the cable router to the Vodafone Station would not help, because also the VF Station 6 use the same frequency (2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz) as your current cable router 😕

So the only solution in my guess is to use a cable LAN connection to the router/network, whenever possible.
