EasyBox 805 - Incapability to providing access with third party VPNs

Hello, I am trying to connect through my company's vpn but this does not work. I tried on my phone data with hotspot and the vpn works correctly, so it seems to be a problem with your box and not the vpn config. Any idea what the problem might be?

not the router is the problem in this case - but the "iP-address-solution" 

your router uses ds lite, I think.

so this means "iPv6" - accessing iPv4 addresses is onlly possible by something called "ds lite tunnel"

it transfers your iPv6 to iPv4 addresses

and exactly this is not good für most vpns
