Hello.
My cable router (Sagemcom) keeps restarting itself sometimes multiple times per day. I work from home and this creates a lot of inconvenience. I opened a ticket with Vodafone support on Sunday, they checked the connection (the problem is the router definitely) and promised a new device in 2-3 days. Until today, nothing has happened and no new device has been sent. I have been a customer for some years now but I am very disappointed with the customer service provided so far and I am very close to cancelling my contract with Vodafone and changing to a different provider.

Hey @bran78,
i can gladly take a look at the connection. Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.
