Internet contract termination

I would like to terminate my internet contract  on 20 December 2021 . I appreciate it if you could inform me about the steps should be taken. I would like to know when the end of my contract is and when the earliest possible date to notice the termination is in my case.

Normally there is a 3 month time of notice.

Unless you are moving and we can't offer the same bandwith at your new adress.
