Hi @mabdulja,

When you signed your contract in a Vodafone shop then you don't have a cancellation right (within the first 14 days). You signed a two years contract.

Why do you want to revoke the contract ?

One tiny question, @mabdulja

Even if you had the right to revoke the contract within the first two weeks (which in this case you have not, as you have alrady been told), why would you write this on the internet instead of taking the required action (as the legal process you claim to know does outline)?

Ein Klick auf "Danke" tut nicht weh - ich sage schon mal "Dankeschee!"

Achtung, es folgt eine Signatur: Wenn überhaupt, dann jammern wir auf einem extrem hohen Niveau.

Yes

Because alot of points.

The first point is that the nearest date to install the DSL is after one and half month, and this point was not clarified to me while i was signing the contract. How i am supposed to spend all this time wihtout internet connetion knowing that in my job i always works from home. When this point was mentioned to the retailer in the shop, his response was BAD LUCK, which got me furious that i do not want to continue with such company who does not respect its customer needs and demands.

The second point because the contract is was overpriced comparing to the same offers that are avialable online, for eg the Young M mobile contract online is 10 euros cheaper and at the same time offers you double the mobile package (12GB instead of 6GB).

The DSL contract DSL 50 is 20 euros cheaper for the first year than i signed.

I went to th store, and they told me you we will not revoke your contract, so could you please clarify what are the required actions to take in order to revoke the contract?

Hi @mabdulja,

You write here in U2U-forum. The shop told you wrong information. The staff member who sold you the contract will get a commission. Do you really believe he/she want to loose the commission?

As I wrote you above: "When you signed your contract in a Vodafone shop then you don't have a cancellation right (within the first 14 days). You signed a two years contract."
