I have cancelled my contracts as I am leaving Germany in 2 weeks however due to some false information I received in a Vodafone shop, my contracts will end between October 2019 and April 2020. I have accepted this but I must close my German bank account in the next 2 weeks as I leave Germany on 15th August. Mein Vodafone will not accept a UK bank account for payments - only a German one. The only way I can see that I can pay the bills is if I pay a lump sum to Vodafone under my customer reference for all future bills. Would this be possible and if so what bank account number do I pay into?
If this is not possible - how on earth do I pay the bills without a German bank account?
Many thanks
Kelly

Hi Kelly,
if you don't have longer a german bank account, you can pay your monthly bills via bank transfer from your bank account in the UK. If there is still a direct debit authorization, you can revoke it and switch to bank transfer.
Kind regards
