Hi Thomas ,
Can you please tell me why there is problem ,to transfer my service to the new address ,i have tested the availablity and no problem ,i don‘t see another message or feedback or post from yourside ,please need your maximum support ,as iam in bad need for the internet for the study and work ,and time is running without action from youside or from Vodafone side ,if there is no fast solution please tell me ,so can i search for another provider for the internet

i can't check anything without complete data. You should have a private message from me. You will have to have some patience.If the new address is supplied, you cannot simply change the provider.

Dear Thomas,
I don't understand why that is taking long time to do that ,my appartment's owner don't mind that and i have asked him and told me no one contact him till now from vodafone ,now it is 3 weeks without internet ,and vodafone told me at last post that will take 3 weeks to have service again ,now 3 weeks left without having the service

Please i need support from vodafone ,at least as a temporary solution till i have the service back in my new appartment ,i have many problems because having no internet

unfortunately, we do not know the requirements on site. If work is still to be done or permits are required. Do we have to take care of it first? Under certain circumstances this can take a little longer. Unfortunately we cannot accelerate it.

Sorry but i should have a solution from your side ,not to tell me we have to wait ,i don't see any action from your side ,if we take into consideration that it take long time ,so i wait till now more than 3 weeks ,which is very long time for me ,again and agiain ,i need your maximum support ,if you don't have solution for me please i need to escelate this problem to your supervisor
I have contact vodafone with watsapp and told me "here in forum will solve your problem "
So i need solution please

clarification is carried out internally by the departments responsible for this. I cannot and will not intervene. Clarification is underway and we will have to wait and see. This cannot be speeded up either, because sometimes we are dealing with very sensitive issues.
