Hi,
I have just received the Vodafone Starter Pack and followed the instructions how to install it.
- I have plugged correctly the adapter in the 2 connectors (Radio+TV)
- I have plugged the Antenna cable from the router to the DATA from the adapter's connector
- The "Internet" light on the router blinks slowly in red for 1 minute almost then it blinks faster with the same color.
I have waited 12 hours but I do not have the connection. I have tried to called several times to the Vodafone Hotline but it's everything in German, somehow repeating my customer number I reached once an agent but she was not able to speak English at all. I have called the shop where I stipulate the contract but they simply advise me to contact the Hotline and it became a loop - no English speakers, no one able to help me. Hopefully I have better restuls on this forum.
