Router Replacement

Hi,

i have requested for a new router early this week. I received a message and DHL tracking number on Thursday, that the router will be delivered in 1-2 days

so far dhl status has not changed. It still displays 'status offen'. How to get this expedited?

The status will change when DHL takes the next step in delivering your router.

We have received the router now. No updates on the dhl status but router is delivered. Thanks
